关于化妆品的生产日期问题：不少买家提出为什么收到的化妆品没有生产日期呢？原因很无奈，所有的进口化妆品都是没有标明生产日期的（专柜货的生产日期是进口到中国后再贴上的），只有批号，契尔式的批号无意义！！！本店所售均为生产一年内，请放心购买！

Hopefully this information will clear things up for you.
The coding on the bottles is not an expiration or production date.
They are references to batch logs our chemists keep with specific production details (raw ingredients, temperatures, bacterial content etc.)
The codes are not sequential but are directly connected to the actual production history of that product. For instance, I\'m looking at a Deodorant with a 7H code that was produced about 6-9 months ago. I also have a brand new Sunless Tanning Lotion which just shipped for the first time weeks ago and it has a 7C code. My Cryste Marine eye cream is about a month old and has a 7B code.
Our products do not have expiration dates, per se. In general, they should be consumed within a certain amount of time once they have been opened and the safety seal removed. Everything in the line has a minimum of three year shelf life and most are considerably longer (years) than that unless they are kept in unusually high temperatures for an extended amount of time.
Rest assured the items we are selling are well within their use dates.
The \'rumor\' of the codes being expiration dates has been going around for some time but is not factual. I hope this helps.

关于化妆品不满的问题：契尔式等其他美国产品都是无纸盒的，化妆品都不会装的很满，以防热胀冷缩，开封时溢出，比较大容量的在开封后看似少了一块都属于正常，但是分量绝对是足的，您可以用家用小称称一下，如果您有任何疑问可以专柜验货，虫子绝对不会少买家的货哦……
本店主要是销售美国原产的契尔式以及其他品牌化妆品保健品，契尔氏经常会推出新包装，但是美国官网的商品图片“八百年”不换，如果发现商品与官网不同，请不要惊慌，到淘宝社区晃晃，一切便知，当然虫子也会尽量使用新图片，以免引起误会！
